The good news is still coming from cycling. With excellent results for Norte de Santander this Sunday ended the XXI Classic from the Caribbean, which was held in Cartagena between the last Friday and Sunday. The competition was organized by the Bolivar Cycling League, which was supported by the Colombian Cycling Union.
At the last stage of the youth category, Norte won with Andrés Saavedra of Cucuta, whereby the division remains the second as the general classification of the competition. In the final table, rojineegro was also present with the second place, Michel Martínez.
In the first part of Turbaco-Arjona-Turbaco, the Elite division won the first faction that won the flying championship with cyclist Jossimar Jerez of the Zulia Norte Rice team, who was also the third in general that Rosario Alcides Espinel was the second .
Jerez, who stopped the clock in 3 hours, 13 seconds, won the pack on Angel Rivas, Juan Espinel and Bolivarense Ferney Restrepo in this first stage.
When he won the stage and became the first leader, Jossimar Jerez celebrated this new achievement on behalf of his region. "It was a beautiful phase with rises and falls, it was nice, the day was disturbed, tasty."
