The head of the intelligence services spoke of an emergency situation

The situation in the radio news was also discussed by the Radio and Television Council of Slovakia (RTVS).

The Council endorsed this issue in October, when information was available to the public about the possible impact of the content of radio short messages. The third members of opposition deputies, members of the Board of the National Council for Culture and Media, Natalia Milanová (OĽaNO), Renáta Kaščáková (SaS) and Viera Dubačová (non-attached Member) have also applied to resolve this situation. As the head of the news and the public of RTVS, Vahram Chuguryan, after several turbulences, which we witnessed a few months ago, RTVS news got into the standard operating mode, radio and television. "

In radio news, according to Chuguryan, two emergencies emerged. First in the Sobot dialogs when they are On October 6, the debate began 20 minutes later, and the second was the suspension of the role of head of the radio intelligence and current journalism department, Petra Stano Maťasovská. As Chuguryan says, they are working to improve and improve news on public services.

Later in Saturday's dialogues on October 6, the moderator of the radio political debate changed, and Marta Janččrova joined Branislav Dobšinsky. Dobšinský and RTVS have agreed to stop working on October 9. As Chuguryan added, they are ready to replace the moderator in one hour, but this was not the case. The Council did not want to comment on this exchange, as personal issues are not within its competence. Following the resignation of Maťasovská, the radio news is temporarily Chuguryan, and Oto Görner is responsible for the daily operation. The election of the new chief will be held "until December 1, at the latest by December 15," added Jaroslav Rezník, general manager of RTVS.

According to media reports, Petra Stano Maťasovská, as the head of the radio news, sent RTVS internal material for the short message service staff on the radio, that they do not include reports on draft laws and amendments tabled by opposition MPs in parliamentary talks. Their proposals have been described as "often unprofessional, non-systematic". It is forbidden to produce short news from information published on web portals and other media. On October 11, the portal Omediach.com published an internal document.

According to media reports, Maťasovská resigned on October 15. RTVS disagrees with the interpretation of the published material. "There was no internal document, nor norm, nor command nor directive." highlighted during today's meeting of Reznik, according to which three of the 16 principles in the text contain a comment that should not be there. They claim that RTVS ensures that intelligence is objective, balanced and does not limit the freedom of creation subject to its statutes.

Martin Kákos, Vice-President of the RTVS Council, is personally thinking about the transmitted e-mails with rules for broadcasting short news that mentioning the non-inclusion of opposition proposals "goes beyond and violates the principles of public media". No staff member or intelligence manager has the right to decide whether some laws are well prepared or not. We can not differentiate whether the proposal of the opposition or any other deputy, which is objectively and impartially unacceptable, is Kákoš. He stressed that this is not an official RTVS document. Nevertheless, he believes that "the status of the programmer is overrated by a distinction in his commentary on coalitions or opposition policies that do not have space in the public media."

According to a member of the Council, appointed by David Soukeník, who developed his legal opinion in the media, "this is not the official internal regulation of RTVS, but the individual conduct of RTVS worker", confirmed Stano Maťašovská. In his opinion, it can be thought that some parts of the material could be instructions outside the law. However, the individual act of the individual and the right of the RTVS was not interrupted. Soukeník pointed out that, according to the media, Stan Maťašovská does not have to be the sole author of the text. In his analysis, Soukeník began to deal with his mediation right after his mediation, regardless of the demands of the opposition supporters received on 24 October by the RTVS Council.
