PROFESSIONALS: Children do not need so much protein!

Experts have long warned that children are mostly unhealthy foods. A fifth of children have overweight of up to seven years, one-third to the end of primary school, and a major problem is excessive protein consumption.

According to a study by scientists from the University College London and Oxford University. 99.9 percent of young children also consume three times as many proteins as they need. Scientists are parents who give children too many dairy products, and the UK National Institute of Health advises that the youngest should not consume more than 600 ml of milk per day.

The results of the study also showed that two-thirds of children bear more calories than the recommended dose. And this in turn poses a risk to high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
