By the fourth year, it is better to wash throat with a solution of sage or basil, as all angina is viral. Infections are not tolerated by coughing or sneezing, but by touching the object

They damage their throat, they have a neck because they can not swallow, hard and breathe. They are embarrassed by the heat of the heat because of their temperature, they are asleep and they are sleeping … So, they are mostly men with angina pectoris, which is typical for this time of the year. Some parents are inclined to have children with angina pain due to changing times when they are running overnight or drinking too much cold water.

And is this correct, and why is angina really responsible, explains Professor dr. Branimir Nestorović from the University Children's Clinic in Tiršova:

Angina or inflammation of the throat is an acute infectious disease that can be caused by bacteria, but more often with viruses. More specifically, in 20% of diseased children, the cause of the bacterium is pyogenic streptococcal, formerly called beta-haemolytic streptococcus. Spring and autumn are the seasons of respiratory tract infections because the weather is still warm, which greatly promotes the transmission of bacteria and viruses. Children are in collective centers and in close contact with each other. I underline this because most respiratory infections are not tolerated by coughing and sneezing, as they are related to coughing and sneezing. In this way, the bacteria and viruses that have been removed remain in the objects to which the children touch, resulting in a mutual infection. In addition, during this period, there is a low level of vitamin D, which is very important for improving the immune response to infections.

* What distinguishes bacteria from viral angina?

– Difficult to distinguish them. By the third or fourth year, all angina children are viral and do not need to be treated with antibiotics. For young children, it is better to wash your throat with a sage or basil solution. Only after the fourth year is Streptococcal angina mentioned above and is the only treatment with penicillin preparations.

* Is there any symptom that indicates a bacterial infection?

– With their differentiation, the current high temperature, which is characteristic of bacterial infection, can help. Patients with high fever on both sides usually develop pelvic depression and enlarged glands on the neck. To be sure of the evaluation, it is desirable that we take the bushes of throats and wait for the result. It is important that parents know that delaying treatment due to waiting for the result of a swab does not affect complications. In addition, this prevents the unnecessary use of antibiotics, which can cause disorders of normal flora broom, as well as frequent infections in later life.

* How long does it take angina and can it spontaneously pass?

– Angina lasts for up to seven days and always spontaneously disintegrates, whether it is bacterial or viral. Treatment does not shorten the duration of the disease, but it can prevent the development of complications. In older children and adults who develop aspirin more rapidly, treatment and temperature drops will lead to treatment than antibiotics.

* Which complications of angina can bring?

– Complications of viral angina are rare. Sometimes inflammation of the throat or laryngitis, as well as tissue around the eye, known as cellulitis. On the other hand, complications of bacterial streptococcal angina may be very serious. The classic complication of rheumatic fever is very rare. More frequent local complications occur when the accumulation of manure in the throat tissue occurs, that is, parathyroid abscess. There are numerous immunological complications, of which the most striking pain and inflammation of joints lasting several years. Fortunately, this disease has rare consequences. Inflammation of the kidneys may occur, and psychological changes have been described in recent years as PANDAS syndrome. Changes in personality can be permanent, but it is not known whether they can be prevented by appropriate treatment.

* What does the appropriate treatment for streptococcal angina pectoris mean?

– The drug drug is penicillin because streptococcus is always sensitive to it. Penicillin injections must not be used because syrup or capsules provide satisfactory results. Treatment should last for ten days, otherwise the infection is often repeated. In fact, the streptococcus remains in the crypts of the tonsils that are waiting to react to the infection again. In the treatment, hemomycin should not be used because they are less likely to act on streptococci than penicillins and cephalosporins.

EXCLUSION OF THE INVESTOR

For some children and adults, it often returns. If something like this happens, the extremities should be removed. It is usually considered that such intervention is required after five to seven episodes of proven bacterial streptococcal angina. On the other hand, excretion of tonsils in viral infection does not have a positive effect. Conversely, the immune response may be weakened. A study in Denmark, which included 1.6 million children, has shown that the secretion of tonsils increases the risk of subsequent asthma and other respiratory diseases, as well as other diseases. In any case, the headset should not be practiced, even if they are large because they are usually fully functional – emphasizes Dr. Nestorovich.

JABUKOVO SIRCE

Child angina or sore throat can be treated and rinsed with apple vinegar solution. Pour a tablespoon of water in a glass of water and allow the child to wash the throat every two hours. The neck can be washed by grinding tea from sage, saline or iodine povidone. Put some drops of iodine in half a glass of water and then rinse the throat.
