May 10 (Reuters) – Goldman Sachs Group is about to close the acquisition of wealth management company United Capital Financial Partners for some 100 million dollars, a source familiar with the matter.
The Wall Street Journal has previously reported that the acquisition, which would have been the most accomplished by Goldman Sachs since the financial crisis, could be announced on Monday.
Goldman socks disclaimed comment. American capital did not respond immediately to a request for feedback submitted by Reuters.
Headquartered in California, United States, it has approximately 90 offices in the United States and manages approximately $ 23 billion (€ 20.5 billion).
