It is about rebuilding and adapting the DC 18 fragment into the Zielona Góra sivodship. The National Roads and Motorways General Directorate in May had to cancel the offer, as five ready ones wanted more than the budget for implementation. For this purpose, GDDKAYA plans to spend 303.8 million PLN, while the lowest offer is worth over PLN 308 million. Later, there were voices from experts that the difference was so small that cancellation of the bid could be a false decision.
New soft for A18. GDDCIAA: Budget offers
In June, a new offer was opened and enveloped with applications. There are eight of them, according to GDDKiA, "offers can be found in the cost estimate". 22 kilometers A18 want to build:

DC18 will change to A18
It's just about the reconstruction of the DK18 South Road Road on the 11.86 km section to 33.76 km. In addition to the offer itself, the contractor is to build the motorway maintenance observation (OUA), interconnect the highway ary (reconstruct the foundations of the existing node) and engineering facilities (three viaduct, three passages for animals across the motorway, a bridge). And go under the highway.
The current DK18 connects the Motorway A4 with the border crossing in Olszina. The first "version" of the road, now a southern thread, was built by Germany in the 1930s – it was part of the Berlin Vroukav motorway.
The transformation of DC18 over the Olszyna-Golnice fragment into the motorway began many years ago. The Northern Road was added in 2006. Now you need to build a southern roadway. The investment is divided into four sections:
