Former Selvaag boss Baard Schumann spoke about his view of the Sem & Johnsen real estate market at Grand Hotel, and believes that the housing market will also be a good place in the coming years, writes News Estate.
"I believe in housing prices this year and next year, but Greater Oslo will be experiencing extreme bloom by 2020, says Schumann.
According to Estate News, there are two reasons for this.
Secondly, people will continue to attract Oslo and its surroundings. In this context, construction is too small to meet demand, and by 2020 there will be a lack of housing.
"In short, I'm worried about the fall in the number of regulated homes," Schumann said.
