Vicent Janssen is already a Rayado player, the club reported on his social networks. The Dutch striker signed with Monterrey to strengthen the squad in the 2019 tournament.
For a more competitive squad, Rayados President Duilio Davino has confirmed the search for an elite striker.
"In the constant search for a more competitive team, Rayados will have the services of Dutch footballer Vincent Janssen," Rayados said in a statement.

Janssen passed medical exams last Monday, so he only had to sign his signature on the contract.
The 25-year-old is trained in the ranks of Feyenoord and Nijmegen Endracht Combinatie in his native country.
In 2013 he arrived at Almere City from the Erste Divice (Second Division), where he performed well by scoring 10 goals in the first season.
