Mike Harrison is off of June 8.5 in February 2006 to a strapping 13.5 today and from a 28 "waist and a size small in tops to most of a size big and a 32" waist
A postage that spent years leads his "skinny" bud for years has transformed it into muscle bound hunk.
Mike Harrison, 35, from Hull, was fed with pals prize making light-hearted jokes about his scammy frame but felt too embarrassed to work out a gym.
But still forcing himself to touch one and radically change his diet, he has taken great style and put on five stones in muscle.
Where he skipped breakfast, he now eats a big chicken curry and rice in the morning.
He squats the same dish to come home.
Microwave pizza snacks have been dumped for food replacement shakes.
Mike has said Daily Mail: "I'm skinny and never liked to look like.
"My mat used to make jokes at school and college, nothing but bad but still, it makes you notice it more"
Back in 2006, Mike first went to the gym. He said: "I turned from work and managed to play games all day and it was my brother-in-law who suggested it, just to get me out of the house."
But he soon suck off it after admitting "It felt embarrassing lips empty bars and the easiest wheat."
So he was back in the daily when he was silent and spent eight months training five days a week.
He said: "After six weeks I began to notice my body change, ABS began to move through the stomach, gaining little noticeable biceps and peaks.
"A couple of months later, I noticed my back started to develop but my legs took a little longer.
"Eight months later, my body changed completely."
After an accident he was forced to take a break from the gym, and in a couple of weeks, he lost his win.
But in 2012, as he approached 30 he was not allowed to have a "father bad".
He said, "I returned to the gym and really was at this time."
Mike found his gym, Xercise4Less, really helped by "being a great gym with a lot of equipment for a great price" and since he was busy training five days a week.
