Seventh world title for Sébastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia, winners of the Rallye de Monza

With the title 2013-2018 (with Volkswagen and Ford), and only third in 2019 on the wheel of a Citroen, Sébastien Ogier (36) won his seventh world crown on Sunday. The Frenchman and his co-driver Julien Ingrassia (Toyota) won the rally in Monza (Italy), ahead of the reigning world champion Hyundai Ott Tanak and Spaniard Danny Sordo (constructor title for Hyundai).

Ogier, second in the World Championship with 14 points behind Elfyn Evans (also Toyota), and Ogier had advantage of this Welshman leaving the road on Saturday to regain control in the best time in a race disrupted by snow.
