Chinese exports to the US mark as traders trying to defeat tariffs

Consignments to the United States, the largest Chinese market, were unexpectedly resistant as it began to load goods for punitive tariffs in July against Beijing's technology policy. In October, exports rose 13.3 percent to 42.7 billion dollars, up 13 percent from September.
