DESIGN

Despite the fact that the device is a 6.4-inch screen, the Mate 20 Pro is very ergonomic and we encounter problems if we want to handle them with one hand, especially if there is not much. As we are accustomed to Huawei, this device also includes a rubber casing that allows us to start using a certain layer of safety and which facilitates grip.

PERFORMANCE

I especially appreciate the inclusion of wide-angle lenses because they are always useful. I believe that if the phone is used for recording, for example, traveling, it is broader than essential for capturing buildings and scenarios in all its glosses. This can already be done by Mate 20 Pro Huawei. Now, if you add to this option that you can take photos of night photos (which have already surprised us with the P20 Pro and have now improved) or that artificial intelligence matches the configurations so that you get more from every clip, there is still a lot to do party.

As far as artificial intelligence is concerned, I think it has been improved. When you configure each available scene, the colors are slightly dimmed and the images are not squeezed with tones that are as bright as before. Portrait mode has also been improved. Some features that add effects (such as stained glass, blind, etc.) have been added, which transfers the displayed image to other backgrounds. This equipment comes with an EMUI 9 adaptation layer from Huawei, which has greatly improved in recent versions. Try to facilitate certain tasks and strive for the best use of experience. It offers, for example, the ability to issue Android Navigation Buttons and Password Replacement, in the style of new Apple Brand Designs.

Several features were presented in London, but they were not yet available (they offered to come with successive updates): some camera issues, 3D scanning for object virtualization, increased reality, among others.
