Police closed off a section of the IQ Calgary International Airport because of a suspicious package that was found in the facility on Sunday afternoon.
The call came about 4:00 pm. And investigators say that the number is between the door 13 and the door 17 at the arrivals level of the international terminal.
The situation was affected by some arrivals and departures, but the authority did not issue any evictions. Passengers are advised to stay their planes until the police give the whole clear.
The Calgary Airport Authority says it is aware of the incident and staff are working with Calgary Police.
