Toronto police are investing multiple shelters taking place minutes off Friday night, one of which sent a hospital worker to serious injuries.
Police are called to the area of Chester and Danfries avenues at 10:05 pm Reports from Ganfire come from one vehicle to another. That's where they say the person is found with upper body injuries.
Police also say four vehicles were involved in a scene collision.

The intersection is closed for investigation.
At 10:06 pm, police were called to a separate shooting at Castle Frank Subway Station. They originally stated that they found a damaged car nearby with a firearm inside.
They later said that only shell casings were ever found.
It is unknown if the two incidents are connected.

Subway service is briefly suspended at Castle Frank and Chester stations, but has since resumed.
