Celebrity doctor, Dr. Shazil Shaharuddin has recently gone on Instagram to talk about the importance of using condoms to prevent hide transmissions. But not everyone is happy with it.
Dr. Shazril recently published his commitment to confronting HIV / AIDS prevention and facts related to the disease in Asia Pacific Region where nearly 280,000 were vaccinated from HIV.
"When we talk about sex, people usually shy away or feel that it is taboo to talk about it on social media. But as we continue to disregard this topic, look what happened. 280,000 are infected with HIV in the Asia Pacific Area last year, and to be honest, I have lost some of my close friends to AIDS. "
But promoting the product and its importance did not go well with some of the doctors' followers.
Some of the respondents missed the point of the advertisement and indicated that the doctor was actually promoting free sex.
One respondent wrote, "He is Muslim, but he is limited in religious knowledge, he promotes adultery."
Another answer, "But is not this promising adultery, if you want to have sex only get married."
Sorry because of the lack of open-mindedness among the people, a number of Dr. Hasil's followers have shown their support for the intended post.
One respondent wrote, "Are condoms only used when performing adultery? What about when a husband and wife use condoms to avoid infections?"
Another wrote, "Well said and true enough. Sadly in Malaysia, there is still a taboo to talk about this topic."
Dr Sharil's viral post has worsened 10,528 likes .What is your opinion on this matter? Should not condoms be promoted as a tool to prevent HIV transmission?
